She Found out About Mediation For Weight Loss!

The first change came for Alyssa back in 2015 when she even developed a chronic health issue. Her doctor then advised her meditation to manage stress and Pain.

Just like everyone else when starting something completely new was she a little skeptical. Until about a few weeks in when I started to notice some exciting changes:

  • She was less stressed and anxious 
  • She had actually started sleeping through the night, something that hadn’t happened in 10 years!
