Why should I coach you?
Picking the right ‘coach’ or ‘mentor’ is very important. Doing it right from the start means you will have that life-changing result that much quicker.
You can find a coach anywhere these days, whether it’s online or locally.
But most online coaches or registered dietitians have no actual experience with losing weight or gaining weight, so overall muscle mass.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve lost almost 50 kgs and gained a TON of muscle mass. It was this experience that let me decide that I want to help people do the same as I did. This has truly become my passion, same as going to the gym on an almost daily basis, and constantly finding new weight loss methods and tips and tricks to make it easier for me, but most importantly, for you!
